Questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Some chairs are held for booked clients and the rest take walk-ins, so booking is the surest way to be seen at a set time. Walk-ins sign the board by the door.
How does the line work?
Walk-ins are taken in the order they sign the board. Booked clients are seen at their time. Waits vary, and the board shows who is next.
How long does a cut take?
A fade takes 40 to 60 minutes and a lineup about 20. Every service on the menu shows its time.
Can you cut my hair?
Yes. We cut waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair, and we cut fades on all of them.
How often should I come back?
A skin fade looks sharpest for about two weeks, and a taper holds a little longer. The fade guide says how often for each.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Each barber has a booking link on the barbers page, and the booking page lets you choose by name.
What should I bring to my cut?
A photo of the cut you want, on your phone or printed. It is the quickest way to show where the fade starts and stops.
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead to cancel or move your time. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, from a first cut. Cuts for ages 12 and under are booked as kids' cuts, and a parent or guardian stays in the shop.
How does tipping work?
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the barber who cut your hair, in cash or on the card reader.
